Terms of Service

Welcome to private server ("Server"). By creating an account or using the Server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

The Server is a free, non-commercial fan project created for entertainment purposes. The Server is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.

2. Account Responsibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use online services in your country, or have parental/guardian consent to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your account with other players.

3. Services, Points, and Donations

Optional in-game services (such as character rename, race change, or faction change) are obtained exclusively through Service Points earned in-game. Each account may claim one Service Point every 24 hours, free of charge. Service Points cannot be purchased, exchanged for, or otherwise obtained with real money under any circumstance.

All services and features offered on the Server are, and will remain, completely free of charge, permanently. The Server does not sell in-game content, currency, ranks, or services for real money, and does not accept donations of any kind, in any form.

4. Rules of Conduct

By using the Server, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or automation software on your own account (this does not apply to the Server's built-in AI companion/Playerbot system, which is an official feature).
• Exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Impersonate staff members.
• Attempt to disrupt the Server or its services.
• Use offensive names, guild names, or inappropriate language.

Server staff reserve the right to investigate and take action against rule violations.

5. Suspensions and Bans

The Server administrators may suspend or permanently ban any account for violating these Terms or for actions that negatively affect the Server or its community.

6. Availability

The Server is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, restarts, crashes, bugs, character rollbacks, or permanent closure of the Server may occur at any time.

7. Virtual Characters and Data

Characters, items, achievements, and all in-game progress remain part of the Server and may be modified, reset, or removed without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Server administrators are not liable for any loss of game progress, account data, or other damages resulting from the use of the Server.

9. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
